Construction project management, Ontario
YYZed went from no AI to company-wide use, following the same process we use today. Davis Savage mapped where AI could help, ran weekly training sessions with every employee, and tracked progress as the team adopted it.
He also built the ecosystem the company now runs on: an internal web platform, an iOS app for site staff and a portal for vendors and suppliers, all connected. Contracts, purchase orders, payroll, site reports and supplier paperwork that used to live in spreadsheets and shared drives now sit in one place. AI reads scanned documents and checks the data before it's saved, so staff no longer spend hours typing it in. The work is streamlined.
